One week in with our new booking system and things are going well.
A few things to remember:
• All swims, courses, club sessions, equipment hire and launch sessions must be pre-booked online
• Please ensure waivers for all participants have been completed before arrival at the lake, to avoid a delay in your activity
• Our team are here to help if you are experiencing any issues, please give us a call or drop us an email.

Our summer swim programme is well under way, and we are now running our full session times:
Swim times each week are:
Tuesday and Thursdays: 06:30 – 09:30 and 17:00 – 20:00
Saturday and Sundays: 06:30 – 10:00

Back by popular demand and much anticipated ………. our summer swim programme returns this Thursday 2nd April!
Over the first couple of weeks session times will extend with increasing daylight.
Swim times for the week commencing 30th March:
Tuesday 31st March: 08:00 - 09:30
Thursday 2nd April: 07:00 - 09:30 and 17:00 -19:30
Saturday 4th April: 06:30 - 10:00
Sunday 5th April: 06:30 - 10:00

We’re delighted to announce the swim challenge we deliver in partnership with Thames Hospice is back for its fourth year. We’d love our swimming community to dive into The Thames Hospice Open Water Swim Challenge on Sunday 14 June 2026!
By popular demand, a brandnew 3km distance has joined the lineup, perfectly placed as the ideal ‘sweet spot’ for anyone looking to step up from the 1km route or ease their way towards the 5km challenge
500m | 1km | 3km | 5km | 10km | 10km Team Relay
Book before 31 March to take advantage of a special early bird discount
All swimmers will receive a swim hat, medal and free hot drink on the day 🏅
Not only will this be an opportunity to swim in your beloved Bray Lake but you will also be supporting an incredible charity that cares for patients and families in our local area.

Last Sunday we held our winter swim festival, an event to celebrate the achievements of our swimmers who continued throughout the winter months. Well done to everyone who took part and all our swimmers who have conquered the cold waters this winter.

On the day we also held a charity cake sale raising money for Motor Neurone Disease Association and we raised £286.75 for this fantastic charity.
