Combat Academy Windsor Teaching Ju-Jitsu and kickboxing to all ages. At C.A.UK Windsor we teach Ju-Jitsu, ground fighting and kickboxing. Your instructor is Alun Freeman.

So, whether you'd like to study a Martial Art, train in a new sport, or combine both for a proven, effective self defence system - we can help. Alun is a black belt 5th Dan Master in the Martial Art of Ju-Jitsu and a former 3 times National Open Champion, CIMAC Super League Overall Grand Champion and WUMA world bronze medallist in the sport of kickboxing. We have been training at Clewer for 19 yea

rs and have had great success in helping students of all ages reach the grade of blank belt and beyond. We have a friendly club atmosphere and welcome beginners all year round. So whether you'd like to study and grade in a traditional Martial Art or learn a highly effective self defence system, why not come along and see us? Our classes are held on Friday evening at the Clewer Youth and Community Centre, 39A Parsonage Lane, Windsor, SL4 5EW. Juniors (5 to 11 years) run from 7pm - 8pm, adults (12 years+) 8pm - 9pm.

Last night we celebrated our 20 year anniversary at C.A.UK Windsor. During this time we are proud to have helped 41 students achieve their dream of black belt, including 10 families with multiple black belts in each. We’ve watched hundreds of young people grow in confidence and seen many develop from children to young adults, even helping them with their D of E awards and university applications. Numerous families have come together to learn new skills and share an amazing journey. Last night alone we saw three generations from the same family training together ♥️
I want to say a huge thank you to all of our students, past and present, for making the last 20 years so memorable 🤜🤛
We celebrated with boxing sparring, Ju-Jitsu (including weapon defences) and cake 🎂

🤜RETURN TO CONTACT TRAINING🤛
I’m pleased to be able to announce that we are able to return to contact training within our classes, for all age groups, from Friday 21st May.
This includes pad work, sparring and Ju-Jitsu.
There will still be guidelines in place in order to keep us all as safe as possible. We will also continue under our club specificstandard operating procedures.
