Blaze Martial Arts is a Kickboxing and Family Martial Arts School with classes in Windsor, Ascot, Bracknell & Wokingham. We focus on a mixed martial arts syllabus comprising of Kickboxing, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Ju Jitsu, Thai Boxing and the Keysi Fighting Method. Our classes combine elements of all these different styles giving the student a far greater training experience than if we focused on jus

t one style alone. Heres a drill to give yourself more explosive kicks and also fitter legs which as you can imagine is key for kickboxing 🔑

We worked this drill as a finisher in Saturdays sparring workshop and it worked a treat 🔥

🥋 Just a quick reminder that today is the final opportunity to book your spot for the grading this Saturday, the 27th of June.

😲 When I was 14, I was attacked and didn't know how to defend myself.

🔥 That led me to studying martial arts, but, truth be told, it was tough going, and I wanted to quit within the first three months.
