nstructors. We teach authentic ITF Taekwon-Do to men, women, children of all ages and abilities including special needs. Some martial arts schools choose to follow a very old curriculum and teaching methods, unsuitable for todays students needs. Others teach a modern system which is often unrecognised and unregulated. What separates us is that we provide the best of both worlds. Our syllabus follows the original Taekwon-Do curriculum as developed by the founder of Taekwon-Do (Gen Choi Hong Hi) from 1955. We ensure that instead of a military style approach, our students are guided through the curriculum at a pace that suits them. This means that we keep our students longer and ensure they reach and maintain a high standard. Competition participation is encouraged but not compulsory with access to National and International competitions. International Training courses are also available from Europe to the Americas to the Birth place of Taekwon-Do Korea. These are available every year and many of our students take part making new friends and experiencing new cultures. All our instructors are insured and registered with the Disclosure Barring Service.
