🏆 We are incredibly proud that has been shortlisted for the ukactive Active Awards – Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Award.

This recognition celebrates our partnership and the shared vision of making wrestling accessible to everyone, regardless of age, background or ability. Together we’ve built more than a wrestling club—we’ve created a community where people belong, grow in confidence and achieve their potential through sport.

The 2026 Windsor Open showcased what inclusion looks like in action, bringing together 378 athletes from 12 nationsfor 494 bouts across 15 hours of non-stop wrestling, uniting communities on and off the mat.

A special thank you to our founders, Jit Singh Rakhra and Oksana Oksana, whose passion, vision and commitment have helped build Windsor Wrestling Academy into one of Britain’s most inclusive wrestling clubs.

Finally, thank you to , British Wrestling our athletes, coaches, volunteers, parents, sponsors and supporters. This achievement belongs to every one of you.

What a session 🔥🤼

Our very first Bring an Adult to the Mat session was one to remember!

Lots of laughs, wrestling, friendly competition, team bonding, and memories that will last a lifetime. Seeing families on the mat together was definitely something special ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a fantastic way to finish the summer term!
