Hi everyone! I have two 12 weeks of training programmes running in my app. One is suitable to the gym goers, another at home using heavy-duty bands and Swiss ball.
Programmes are great for those who would like to kick-start the year and build basic strength and conditioning.
You will get a 3/4 days per week training programme, nutrition coaching, direct messaging service with me, form checks, and custom adjustments to the programme if needed.
The programme will start on the 9th of January. It will be better to sign up a little bit earlier to leave you some time to get used to the app and do intake forms.
