Why join a postnatal Yoga class?
Movement can help your recovery post-birth, by creating space and ease in those tense areas and by strengthening your body in a gentle way.
Pelvic floor and breath awareness, to help build inner strength and bring a sense of calm, especially in those early months, when you're feeling sleep deprived.
Release upper body tension, commonly experienced in motherhood.
Enjoy chatting with mums, who are going through similar ups and downs.
If you're lucky, you may even get some relaxation time.
