Strong Vibes Windsor Strong Vibes is a boutique fitness studio in the heart of Windsor. Classes can be participated both in person and virtually.

Offering a range of fitness classes, we help all of our clients achieve their common goal - to look and to feel great. At Strong Vibes we offer instructor lead vibration training on the power plate, HIIT Training, indoor Cycling, TRX suspension Training and Boxercise.

The well-established fitness studio has grown and now offers a wide range of classes designed to suit all fitness levels with a simple mission: to empower everyone to look and feel their best inside and out.
