1. If you sleep like s**t, you feel like s**t, you start to train like s**t and you are far more likely to eat like s**t. Which makes you feel like s**t. And we start the cycle again. Get out if the s**t cycle. Sleep!

2. The only way to improve in a particular skill is to do the reps. Repeat it 1000 times. If you aren’t following a programe you are likely jumping from exercise to exercise and never fully understanding or improving anything. Follow a program.

2. What could you add to your diet to make it better? Ironically this will probably help reduce the the things you wanted to reduce. Better diet = feeling and functioning better = better training and results 💪🏼

They’re cheap, they are nutritious, they’ll fill you up, they keep you regular 💩 and they’ll decrease your constant need to snack.

Pair them with some protein, veg, herbs & spices.

And taadaa!
