I specialise in smaller groups and individuals and love helping with rehabilitation post surgery.

My areas of training include bone health, low back pain, equestrian, breast cancer rehabilitation. I’m Annabel Holley, a certified Body Control Pilates teacher. Body Control Pilates is renowned as a world-leading education provider for Pilates teaching and its’ reputation is second to none. I was introduced to Pilates nearly 20 years ago by a physiotherapist who recommended it to improve my streng

th and mobility after having children and never looked back. Pilates has not only helped me to keep injury to a minimum but has improved my flexibility, strength, posture and core. Most importantly it has had a profound effect on my overall sense of wellbeing, both in body and mind……something I want to share!!
