If you’re struggling to get started… try this 👇
Set your alarm for 5am.
Get up, put your running kit on and just walk around the block.
That’s it.
If you feel good… maybe try a little run.
If you don’t… no pressure.
Start slow.
Why 5am? Because at that time, nobody needs your attention. No kids asking for breakfast. No emails that can’t wait an hour. No distractions. Just you.
Do this for a week.
If it feels good, try running the whole route. Keep showing up for 4 weeks and now you’ve built a habit.
Then maybe add a few sit ups and push ups at the end.
People think motivation comes first… it doesn’t. Action comes first. The confidence and motivation follow after.
Your life won’t change overnight… but getting up one hour earlier might just change the direction of it.
