Early school drop off and a quick whizz around the block before teaching 6 back to backs……..in different spots 🙃

So hard to fit it all in, hey 😏 I get it 🫶🏻 but a quick walk and my head is feeling clearer, body is pumped 💃🏼

This is why bitesize sessions, consistently (!), are better than nothing!!! 🙌🏼

Here’s your reminder to squeeze a little movement in each day 🌳 Don’t over complicate things, just cut out 20 minutes each day to move 💓 simple?? It sort of is when you look at it like that 😉

LEGOLAND to end the summer holiday’s 💛 (it seems everyone else had the same idea 😂)

It’s rare I can take a full day off work (self-employed joys) but this little poppet absolutely deserved this!!!! ❤️Planned for a weeks, we couldn’t wait for this fun day🥹

Another summer of working with her…. almost daily, if some days just a few sessions or super early starts, the juggle is a lot. All whilst trying to throw in lots of fun & playdates 🤪- I know so many of you guys know the juggle 🫠

The guilt never ends, does it, but as long these little people have our love & time, I think we’re doing okay 😘

I also know I am so lucky I can bring Tilly to work with me (be it sooo much easier now she’s older 🙏🏼). So thanks to every client for being so understanding. Thanks to every helping hand & playdate- we did lots of those 🤩

What memories made!! Forever grateful for this to be LIFE with HER 💗
