Tony has been an integral part of Heathwaite for over 30 years and the impact of his devotion to the club is nothing short of amazing.

Not something we expected to have to post today.

Unfortunately our storage hut at Rayrigg / Millerground has been seriously vandalised, broken into and left unable to be repaired. Equipment has been taken out, left on the pitch and some things damaged.

As with any other football club we work hard to raise money to pay for equipment and storage for our teams and to see this happen is extremely frustrating.

The police are involved and are working with us to identify who has done this but if anyone or their children know anyone who may have been involved, please let us know.

⚽️ REFEREES WANTED IN AMBLESIDE & THE SOUTH LAKES ⚽️

We’re hoping to run a new Referee Course in Ambleside, but we need a few more people to sign up to make it happen!

If you’re aged 14+ and interested in football, becoming a referee is a fantastic way to stay involved in the game, build confidence, develop leadership skills and earn some extra money.

From next season, referee mileage will be paid across all age groups, so having more local referees in the Ambleside and Windermere area will help support clubs across the Lakes while reducing travel costs.

🤩 Wow!! Where do we begin! 🤩

👏🏻 What an unbelievable first Heathwaite Golf Day👏🏻

We have so many thank you’s to everyone involved:

⛳️ - Windermere Golf club, caterers, bar staff, Lee and all the team and John and the Green keepers
