My latest bags ready for delivery to a Scottish canyon guide! I hope they enjoy all Scotland has to offer!

This combo is a great “guiding” setup. A main bag for main rope and a built in waterproof tub for first aid etc and a handy little bag for traverse lines. Much easier than using the other end of the main rope and definitely better than having two ropes in one bag!

Homemade Canyoning Bag £80

The bag has a lot of features:

- It can hold 40m comfortably and 50m at a push of 10mm rope.
- Drainage holes
- Tie in loops
- Unique adjustable closure that doubles as a clip to hang bag at pitch head. A clean nose karabiner must be installed for this to work.
- Extra floatation can be added/removed as required.
- It has a place/hole for a 6 litre Curtek Darren Drum to be added (the red/white cavers drums made by Curtek). This can be opened and accessed from the outside of the bag. The drum must be added or the bag has a hole in it and can’t be used.
- The closing cord can be used as an emergency anchor/Prusik.
Quick release clips ensure that the shoulder straps can be unclipped and removed without actually having to take your arms out of the shoulder straps. Handy in an emergency when you need to lose the bag fast.
- PVC and not rot materials and thread. It will never smell if damp or if it drys really slow.
- The handles have old recycled rope inside for extra comfort.

Price does not include drum or karabiner.
