The point isn’t for every rep to be perfect. Mine certainly aren’t.
You have days when you absolutely crush it like a total bad gal, and days that every bloody rep feels like pulling through treacle.
But like anything in life that you want to vaguely improve at - and I believe it’s okay to want to improve at stuff (just not every minute of every damn day) - you have to do the unsexy thing of hauling ass and showing up, repeatedly.

I know I repeat myself a lot, but I think we all need to hear it again and again.
High standards are not about perfection, diet culture, aesthetics, external validation or flogging yourself to feel worthy.
They’re about the inner voice that speaks to you in the quiet moments - who am I? What are my values? What do I want for myself in this short, precious life?

This amazing woman has decided to start to give more focus to her needs and desires.
She IS ‘the Ferrari’.
And how would you treat that? You’d put the best fuel in it, you’d polish its shiny paintwork and you’d take time to stroke its gorgeous leather seats and appreciate its fabulousness ❤️

She’s started the Couch to 5k, and didn’t wait a single moment to start. She grabbed the inspiration and momentum with both hands and literally ran with it, almost as soon as the idea came into her mind.
