Most of the time they hold on to your head. To release, step your foot over at their hip clearing their legs, make a good frame under their chin, re-enforcing the frame with your other Hand...
Drive that pressure forward until they release...
Sit back into an Armbar by swinging your leg over their head! 🤙

When the attack is being threatened the distance can be closed quickly in order to disturb your attackers rhythm! 💥🤙🤙
By closing in tight with your body & hips you take away that Kinetic Energy they need to throw successful strikes. 💯

Of all the people I’ve ever met who said: “Once I lose some weight, I’m gonna do some jiu-jitsu,” none of them ever did jiu-jitsu. Of all the people who ever said: “I’m gonna do some jiu-jitsu to lose some weight,” every single one lost weight.
