Well, therapy with a side of giggles, the odd bit of swearing, and me occasionally forgetting what number we’re on 😆
But genuinely — Pilates is that little pocket of time to move, breathe, reset and feel a bit more like yourself again.
Calm studio. Strong bodies. Good energy. Lots of laughter.

Tried hot Pilates today…
First post since Easter and apparently I’ve chosen to return looking like I’ve been slow-roasted 🔥😂
Hot, sweaty, tough… but actually loved it.
Would I do it again? Annoyingly, yes.
