Meditation my love, you have carried me through some of the darkest and lightest times of my life… How simple, beautiful and powerful you are ✨

There are many known benefits of practicing meditation, for example when it comes to mental health, meditation can dramatically reduce the effects of stress, anxiety and depression. It lowers the heart rate and blood pressure, improves mental clarity and focus and even sleep.
But even more interestingly we can use mindfulness and meditation to physically re-wire neurological patterns in the brain and re-program subconscious thoughts and beliefs. This not only alters our state of mind, but also our physical state of being and energy, subsequently affecting the way we think, feel, act, view, perceive and experience the world around us.

When we can create a visualisation vivid enough, the mind cannot effectively differentiate between imagination and reality, the physical body will set off all the same chemical and hormonal reactions from the visualisation, as if it were happening in real life. The mind then starts to re-wire itself in accordance with this physical reaction and visualisation, altering your energy and perception of the world around you and ultimately shaping the reality you experience and create for yourself.

Meditation and Visualisation is an incredibly powerful tool that you can use to completely change your inner and outer world for the better, whilst at the same time, physically and energetically aligning yourself with what you want to attract or manifest into your life.

MAGICAL MANIFESTING ✨

5 years ago I hit my biggest low point…
After escaping an abusive relationship, I was left with nothing. No home, no money, absolutely nothing to call my own. Then lockdown hit… I had to move back in with my family and start again from scratch.
I was MISERABLE, lost, confused. No idea which direction to turn and even less idea where to start.
Then I came across a ‘manifesting challenge’ online, promising guidance and massive transformation. So I signed up! I was so desperate for change at this point, that I made the decision to follow the steps to a T! And seemingly out of nowhere… things began to change… FAST!

During that 30 day practice I manifested BUYING a new home, with no money to my name.. and while manifesting guided me through a deep heart healing journey, I manifested, attracted and met the love of my life. IN 30 DAYS!!

Of course after that I was hooked.
Manifesting became an obsession and I spent the next few years learning everything there is to know about the method. Investing thousands of hours in research, practice and studying under some of the biggest names in the manifesting world.

Fast forward 5 years… I have continued to manifest a successful, thriving business that I LOVE. Financial abundance and freedom and more recently the birth of my beautiful baby girl.

Over the last 5 years I have combined all of my existing knowledge and resources as a yoga, meditation and energetics teacher, along with the wealth of manifesting knowledge and experience I have culminated over the years, to refine these practices and steps down and have been guiding my students through this method in person and online with equally life changing results.

Women’s Circles are ancient practices allowing women to come together to feel fully heard, seen & supported, whilst building bonds of community, love and care for one another.
Chloe will open the circle up with a beautiful self love meditation, discussing any wisdom we have received during the meditation in the circle together, then writing and reflecting in our journals, before setting intentions together for the future.
This will be followed by a nurturing, heart opening Yin yoga practice, led by maddy. Soothing, releasing and relaxing the body, whilst gentle sound healing is woven throughout the room. So bloody grateful for this place..
Our team, our teachers, our students - our friends, are a support system and community like no other.
This year has been filled with ups and downs, highs and lows, gratitude and uncertainty.. but as we head into a second lockdown, I can honestly say I have never felt more fulfilled or at home than I do here...
To see the impact this simple, yet powerful practice can have on people’s lives, wellbeing, mental and physical state is the most rewarding thing you can imagine and the love, connection and community we find here is more valuable and necessary now than ever before.
Whatever life throws at us next I wanted to take this moment to thank you all for your support, love, warmth & presence, for all the beautiful faces that light up each and every class and fill the studio with joy.
You are all so loved and appreciated and I’ll never be able to properly put this into words. 🧡
