Luna Yoga & Health also creates Blue Glass Products….
and this afternoon, I made some yoga mat sprays and pillow sprays. I’d had an order in, but also made up a few more to have ready for anyone else wanting to treat themselves, their friends or family. The sprays are all made with essential oils - a blend of four in the pillow sprays, and two in the yoga mat sprays.
These have not gone up in price since I first began making them seven years ago: still £10 a bottle, gift wrapped.

It's been a wonderful summer in so many ways.

But now on to our next phase of the year: autumn and more indoor yoga.

Who knows what each day might bring?

I was honoured and delighted to be presented with Duck Of The Day today by two of the lovely ladies who attended my classes.

Apparently, it was in recognition of my yoga class and breathing session. 🤩🥰 🦆

Or was it actually just because I was out in the rain with the ducks….? 🦆 🌧️ 🤔

Regardless, see what a fine fellow he is. And he even glows in the dark apparently. 💡 🦆💡

Yoga In Kings Worthy returns from 14th September

As summer draws to a close, September opens new chapters and offerings.
If you are keen to try yoga, or take up yoga again after a break, or are simply want a local, down-to-earth yoga class in a friendly group, come along and join my classes from next week.
All classes are held in the spacious Chapel Hall, which has ample free parking outside.

We're almost at the end of this year's Park Yoga.... the final session will be next Sunday 13th September.
It's been an incredible season with record numbers attending - over 200 one week, and almost 180 yesterday.
Why do people come along? Why not join us for the finale and see what it's all about.
