Do you know how many times I fall off my paddle board?
Many. A few days ago, as I came home from the beach, tired and hungry, a revelation hit me. It is not about doing it perfectly or even getting better at standing up on the board.
It's all about falling better and being more aware of my options regarding my body's safety.
It was so significant for me. This coming week all my classes will have the base of the body as the focus. Start from the base up, right? Let’s build safety, strength and joy. All Nia and somatic classes on Zoom, 10am GMT // 11am CET start time.
