Just…
More comfortable in your clothes.
More confident in yourself.
More able to keep up with your life.
Stronger.
Fitter.
Clearer.
Most people don’t say this out loud.
But it’s what they mean.
And it’s rarely about doing something drastic.
It’s about doing the right things…
consistently…
in a way that actually fits.
That’s where things start to change.
