I am pleased to announce I’ll be taking the Head Coach role at

After co founding with Jack back in 2023 I am over the moon to be bringing it to what I now call my home which is Wi******er.

Me and Jack are passionate about health and fitness but more passionate about delivering it to people who struggle with it. For us there is nothing more rewarding than taking individuals who dip in and out/ not participate in health and fitness and turn it into something that is part of their day to day lives.

We will have 2 owner operated sites active by the end of April. What does that mean? It simply means you don’t get missed! We sweat the small stuff. 😅
