Are you interested in learning a mindful approach to coping with peri and menopausal symptoms? I designed this workshop to teach yoga and Ayurvedic practices that help manage your symptoms. You will earn poses, breathwork, meditation and Ayurvedic rituals that nourish your body, mind and spirit.
Set in a lovely countryside studio in Kings Worthy, the workshop will include the following:
- Hatha yoga practice
- Pranayama – breathwork
- Loving kindness meditation
- Explanation of Ayurvedic rituals
- Open, supportive discussion
There are 10 spaces available at £40 per person. Includes glutenfree, vegan snacks and a takeaway packet of information.

There are three dates available: Sunday 3rd July, 28th August or 20th November 2pm to 5pm.
Suitable for all levels, beginners to experience yogis welcome. You will be offered a range of poses to suit your personal needs.
