I’m Jay Aldore.
I’m currently a serving soldier in the British Army, with 15 years of active service, including over 10 years as an AAPTI.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked to develop physical capability, resilience, and professional standards under pressure.
I’m also a Level 3 Personal Trainer & Practitioner, CIMSPA accredited.
Outside of work, I’m a husband to Helen, a dad to Otto, with a baby girl on the way.
I’m a family man, and I understand that life isn’t always simple, time is limited, responsibilities grow, and some days are harder than others.
My passion for physical fitness is built on high standards.
I genuinely love training, and I care deeply about helping people who want to change, improve, and get better, physically and mentally.
That’s why my approach is based on honesty, accountability, and consistency.
No shortcuts.
No hype.
No false promises.
