We are a small friendly club based in North Hampshire, we are open every second Sunday. The club was founded and has been run for the last 30 years by David and Sue Blackman of Test Valley Guns in Overton Hampshire. We are open to members and visitors alike. We also welcome spectators and children under parental supervision, it's also a great place to bring a young dog to get them used to guns; al
l dogs however must be on leads. Our layout is different every shoot, cunningly devised by David and Andy to offer a fair challenge. We also have a small training stand priced at 20p per bird. We allow any type of gun to be used provided it's a smooth bore shotgun I.e. Modern or Antique any calibre, any type. We also have cartridges for sale on site so no need to worry if you don't have enough or have forgotten yours. 12 or 20 bore and unlike some shoots we allow plastic or fibre. We also have on site a refreshments area run by Ali and Zoe in the comfortable surroundings of the club hut, lit in the winter by a lovely log burner, so a great place to sit and talk about the ones that got away whilst munching on a superb bacon roll washed down with a mug of tea. So if your looking for a different type of layout to the normal open area shoots come and give us a try, the whole layout is in a wood so it's a different challenge to the normal clay grounds, our rabbit has been described as a hare. We are constantly chopping and changing around the stands to offer new layouts, we throughly enjoy getting feedback on new layouts we try. We do like to give a challenge, we always try to make it fair but we do like to test the guns. And of course, with David being a Gunsmith he's always around to offer advice. We are passionate about our little club, so if you want to see just why we are, come along and pay us a visit, once you do we hope you have a fabulous time and make many more visits in the future. Your team on site are;
