Alison's Pilates Journey.
"As a 75 year old I’ve been living with constant back pain for 20 years caused by dehydrated lower back discs.
Having tried pilates many years ago I gave up as there were too many things that I couldn’t do. I was just told to leave an exercise out.
Now I’ve been taking Catherine’s Pilates classes for nearly two years my core strength, flexibility and balance have improved considerably. Her careful planning of each session means exercises are tailored to suit each member of the small group. She’s very mindful of ongoing health issues as well as responding to new problems. Her classes are fun, never boring and she offers modifications that make it possible for me to do all the exercises. Catherine demonstrates and explains routines very clearly and though it’s a group setting she gives us individual feedback which helps us achieve our goals. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Catherine’s Pilates classes. "

It shows Pilates can be right for you even if you have tried it before but not got along with it the first time. Your injuries and health conditions are always considered when planning my lessons so that you will be able to fully take part in the class safely.
