Mental Health Matters!
As it’s World Mental Health Day I felt this post necessary. I 💯 use exercise as a way of keeping the balance in my life. It’s a great escape from the chaos and it gives me time to work on myself and my wellbeing. Meaning I can be better equipped to help the little people in my life that matter most.
Exercise has many health benefits but here’s to name a few;
💫 Releases mood-boosting endorphins
💫Reduces stress, anxiety, and feelings of fatigue.
💫It enhances self-esteem and confidence
💫Promotes better sleep and increased energy levels.
