The Extreme Academy of Wrestling provides training for age groups from 10 years old and up with our fully insured and certificated trainers on hand every Sunday and Tuesday to quite literally show you the ropes.

Whether you want to embark on a new fitness journey, or you wish to fulfill your dream of performing on one of our sell out Extravaganzas in Hastings, the power is in your hands.

Adult classes will return on Tuesday 18th and will run as normal from then.

Kids classes will return on Sunday 23rd and will also run as normal from then.
