Tuesday 9.45 - Suitable for those with Pilates experience, a lovely blend of strength, stretch and relaxing pauses
Tuesday 11.05 - If you're new to Pilates, rehabilitating or looking for a gentle session this will be perfect for you
Wednesday 5pm - A mixed ability class - beginners are always welcome with challenge available for my mor

Thursday 10.50 - A perfect mix of gentle beginners Pilates with moments to notice you've woken up and challenged some sleepy muscles!! Online class timetable:
Monday 9.15 - Mixed Ability, open to all who like to enjoy moving and strengthening
Wednesday 6.15 - Mixed Ability with some challenge for those wanting a bit extra

Such a beautiful day yesterday.
We gathered again for our Half Day Retreat, moving, breathing, and settling into a slower rhythm together.

We explored spacious spirals, softened the breath, and shared another colourful lunch that brought everyone around the table with bright eyes and happy bellies. 🌿✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us — your presence shaped the day in the sweetest way.
It is such a privilege for Kate and I run these days together.

Already feeling excited for the next one. 💛

Our Half-Day Pilates Retreat was filled with sunshine, strength, connection, and calm. Here’s a glimpse into the day — and some heartfelt words from our lovely attendees.

✨ What a day! ✨

Saturday's Half Day Retreat was such a joy — full of movement, laughter, and the kind of calm that fills you up from the inside out. 💛

We began by exploring spirals in the body — feeling how movement can flow and unfold in every direction. 🌪️

Then we softened into our second class, freeing the breath and creating more space and ease within. 🌬️

For lunch we had nutritious rainbow bowls, followed by the most heavenly Basque cheesecake with blueberry compote. 💜

Thank you to everyone who joined us — your energy and openness made the day feel so special.

Strong bones = strong body. My monthly Pilates for Bone Health classes are designed to improve posture, strength, balance, and confidence — all vital for supporting bone health and reducing the risk of osteoporosis.

In our sessions we’ll focus on:
✅ Impact (low or high, safely adapted)
✅ Resistance Training using bodyweight, bands & light weights
✅ Interval Style Training — rest is great for our bones’ mechanosensitivity
✅ Rhythm & Tempo to keep bones stimulated
✅ Balance work to help prevent falls
✅ Postural strength for everyday support

It’s all Pilates-based, with a bone health twist!
Classes are suitable for all abilities.

It was a privilege to host a retreat yesterday with Pilates with Nicola and to spend the morning with all of these lovely ladies.
Our movement classes explored the diagonal slings in our bodies and how we can feel them and use them to enable stretch and movement to flow much more freely.
Peace and tranquility was enjoyed by all with a beautifully calming relaxation and meditation session.
And a nourishing, tasty and vibrant lunch to finish our day and chat to new friends. Thank you all for coming 🙏
