Another defeat on the road for depleted Wincanton.

Unfortunately a story of a frustrating season to date with weather and availability being the Achilles heel of side. Having started the game well with 2 early wickets, Crewkerne dug deep and a significant partnership in the game developed, the boys fought back hard especially after being down to 10 men to take the last 7 wickets for 72 runs, with Windy and Dan Hatcher accounting for 3 wickets each. When batting a flurry of wickets was the story and despite some lower middle order resistance Wincanton were eventually all out for a miserly 87. Back home this week where we welcome Spaxton, come on down to support the boys as we look to roar back up the table.
