Due to repeated acts of willfull vandalism the outside toilet at Wincanton Sports Ground is now closed and not available for use. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Football playoff final today!
We are expecting a large crowd, so car parking is at a premium.
Please walk if possible, lift share, cycle, anything you can do to help the situation.
Car parking marshalling will be in place. Please do not be rude to our volunteers they are here to help.
If you turn up and there are no spaces, please do not park llegally on surrounding roads. Remember blocking access to emergency vehicles is big no no and in case of an emergency, we want them to be able to access the site quickly.

We have received several reports of unlicensed dog walkers who’s dogs are not under control. The dogs have attacked one person and several dogs in separate incidents. We urge anyone involved to please take photos and pass the information to the dog warden and or police. To anyone walking multiple dogs, we ask that you keep the dogs on a lead! You are responsible for the animals welfare as well as the welfare of other users of the sports ground. Anyone hiring the services of a dog walker, please ensure they have the appropriate insurance.

We have been successful in our application to run sessions for girls ages 5 to 11 as an introduction to football.

The first session will be 6th May and here is a link to it:
