2 sides, 1 team and a JTC Bournemouth call up!
👀 over 8,500 views so far of this post 🤯

Great effort from both our teams today in the Bournemouth Electric 6 a side tournament.

Our Blue team lost the final 1-0 against a direct and spirited Holt side, while our Black & White side won the plate final against the hosts Electric side ⚡️

Both teams represented the club with great effort / quality and humility es ever 👏

🔥 ☀️ 1st Pre Season Game v Bournemouth Poppies

Great to get the majority of the squad back on the turf, getting valuable minutes in the tank and formally welcoming our new signings to the Magpies family .

Thanks to the Poppies for asking us for a game, having finished runners up in the Bournemouth 1st division, they are joining the Dorset league this year.

In truth it ended in one way traffic with the boys moving the ball really well, some excellent passing patterns and ruthless finishing as we have come to expect.

🥵 Great conditioning work out in the heat, combined with new combinations and relationships being ignited.

In conclusion a productive first pre season workout as we will continue to ramp up the quality of opposition getting the squad ready for an exciting 2nd season in attempting to retain last season league title. 🏆

🇫🇷 Magpies on tour!
PSG / Paris trip July 2026 went like this......

A great way to cap off a brilliant first season, 12 of the squad, parents, and siblings headed off to Paris for a 4 day road trip to Paris to also take part in a tournament at the PSG training facility!

A truly wonderful trip with tonnes of laughter, great days out at Disneyland, local Waterpark and visit to the PSG Stadium 🏟️, with a great bit of football thrown in for good measure.

The boys played 5, won 2 drew 2 and lost 1 against some high quality sides and had very much the better of the drawn games - representing themselves and the club with massive credit as usual.

📢 Huge shout out to our Assistant Manager Liam for pulling this trip together for the boys, and creating memories for a lifetime for all those who came.👏

We can’t wait for the new season to get started!

🔥🔥🔥NEW SIGNING ALERT ✍️⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️⚫️🚨

We are delighted to announce the latest addition Enzo Henson-Hiscott to our title winning Magpies squad!

Enzo started his official football journey at 10 developing his tools with Simon Francis football academy under Jack Brooke’s making an immediate impact.

He started grassroots at U-11 gaining his first experience of competitive football representing new Milton town scoring 73 goals in his first season and going on to work with several professional clubs that summer. 💥

24/25 season he signed for PDC and Milford YFC winning his first league title, managers and parents player of the season for both clubs and completing his first 100 goal season ⚽️, while also earning selection for the district side playing in the national schools competitions.

25/26 season Enzo signed for Dorset RTC and Wimborne Town D3 and had a another very successful season completing back to back 100 goal seasons over 50 assists winning a league title, golden boot award, golden assist award and again being selected for district football in the national schools league.

We are all delighted to welcome Enzo to the side and can’t wait to see him kick on again 👏

⏰ It’s “T” time!

We are delighted to announce the signing of Thomas Foley “T” for the new season, a real statement of what we are building at the Magpies!

Already one of the leagues elite players and naturally highly in demand, we’re so pleased he has chosen to continue his development with us. We are looking forward to working with him as not just a talented footballer but equally as a lovely lad who will fit in seamlessly to the group no doubt.

A bit about T….

Thomas’s Sunday league journey started at Maiden Newton for the first 2 years, fuelling his passion for the game.

A move to Ridgeway lead to a successful 3 years – winning 1 league championship and 2 league cups, scoring a total of 153 goals over the 3 seasons. He has been Top scorer each year whilst also topping most assists twice also. 🔥

He has also played for Wimborne Town Development Centre for 3 years- making the Junior Premier League National Champions Invitational Finals 2 years in a row, with the highlight being crowded overall Junior Premier League Nationals Champions U12s, whilst also individually being awarded the U12s Player of the Tournament. 👏

🏆 South Newton & Barford Tournament ☀️

Another excellent tournament display and victory from the boys!

Fantastic work rate and discipline from all the boys today combined with real attacking quality saw us also not concede a single goal in open play all tournament 🧤⛔️

That’s 3 tournaments to date 2 trophies and lost on pens in the other at SF stage. So far conceding only 2 goals across all those games again proves great testament to the squads togetherness, organisation and work rate and quality 👏

🔥🔥🔥 NEW SIGNING ALERT ✍️ ⚫️⚪️⚫️

Magpies are delighted to announce Kieran Harrison will be added to our title winning side for next season 👏

Kieran has previously played over 4 seasons at Ridgeway picking up goal of the season every season and players/managers/supporters player every season.

Kieran also has played for Bournemouth JTC for a season scoring 8 goals in 4 matches before being released. He has also spent 4 years at Wimborne development centre going to the national JPL championships 2 years in a row now.

Last season Kieran scored 26 goals and multiple assists whilst playing for Hedge End, helping them to win the Hampshire County Cup 🏆 Southampton District League title 🏆 & League Cup 🏆 also scoring twice in the semi final in a 3-0 win vs Stoneham then the winning goal in the final vs Millbrook.

Were delight to add this clever 2 footed footballer to the group, though equally importantly he is a cracking humble lad who we can’t wait to help develop further to fulfil his high potential.
