With natural light, private garden views, and a peaceful setting with no road noise, it’s the perfect environment for your clients to switch off, move well, and truly enjoy their session.

Available to hire and is perfect for yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork, dance classes and retreats🌙

Join The Core Club at The Studio from Thursday 7th May at 6:10pm ✨

A Pilates class designed for everybody, whatever your experience or fitness level. These sessions are all about building stronger bodies and improving the way you move in everyday life. Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or more experienced, you’ll find a supportive space where you can work at your own pace and challenge yourself as much as you like.

Expect a mix of controlled, effective exercises focused on core strength, stability, flexibility and overall body awareness. Every class includes clear progressions and modifications, so you can adapt movements to suit your body, your goals and how you’re feeling on the day. With plenty of options, guidance and encouragement, The Core Club gives you the tools to move better, feel stronger and build confidence in your body. Stronger bodies. Better movement.
