Street cricket is the five-a-side of cricket. Small teams and quicker games to help get you going.
There are multiple health benefits to playing cricket:
1οΈβ£ENDURANCE AND STAMINA - By playing cricket regularly you are getting active which will help increase your endurance and stamina.
2οΈβ£BALANCE AND COORDIANTION - Catching, throwing and batting are all proven to help you increase your balance and coordination
3οΈβ£CARDIOVASCULAR - With running and exercises during a cricket session you are working your cardiovascular system.
