We’re growing our team and looking for people to join WOW Ladies Fitness in Wimborne.

We’re welcoming applications from those interested in starting a career in fitness, as well as experienced professionals.

We have a variety of part-time roles available, including:
• Weekday morning team (15–20 hours per week)
• Evening and Saturday morning specialist (8–10 hours per week)
• Bank staff for cover

Small-group strength training for women who want to train consistently, get stronger, and enjoy training as part of their week.

We work with women who value good coaching, steady progress, and a supportive community of like-minded women — many of whom are new to strength training or have never felt at home in a traditional gym.

To protect that experience, membership is capped and we’re currently operating a waiting list. However, spots do come up.

If this feels like the right place for you, do get in touch for a chat.
The sooner you’re on the waiting list, the sooner you may be offered a membership spot. We’d love to hear from you. Happy new year x

Because Feeling Good Matters to Us All: At WOW, we know that looking after our minds is just as important as looking after our bodies. Here’s how we support our mental wellbeing every day:
1. Exercise for every woman – whatever our age, goals, or ability, there’s a place for us.
2. Fun first – when fitness feels good, we keep coming back.
3. Feel-good movement – exercise releases endorphins, giving us a natural lift, especially on tougher days.
4. Leave feeling better – our aim is for each of us to walk out happier and more energised after every session.
5. A warm, welcoming community – we know gyms can be daunting, so we’ve built a friendly space where we can connect, laugh, and move together. (Many of us come here for the company as much as the exercise!☺️).

Exercise isn’t a replacement for therapy or medication, but it can be a powerful way to support our mental health. At WOW, we look after our bodies, our minds, and each other.
