What can you expect from a session at Square One?

From the moment that you walk in, your safety and experience is our no1 priority.

Expect a personal training session, within a small group. But, what do we mean by that?

You may be doing something different to the person next to you, based on your goals, experience, injuries, or what you've been working on recently.

Our coaches work closely together, so we're constantly keeping each other up to date with how you're getting on.

In short, we'll take all of the guesswork out for you.

Fun fact: Sarah actually won a 6 month membership with us 3 years ago.

Fast forward a few years and she’s still here, still grafting, and now training through pregnancy like an absolute champ.

A lot changes over 3 years.

Goals, life and priorities change.

But seeing people continue to make time for themselves through all of that is pretty cool to watch, especially as Sarah has a lot to juggle.

Thank you Sarah for your effort over the last couple of years 💪
