Full moon on Beltane.....magic ✨

This is a potent time of growing energy, vitality, passion and abundance. It is time to stoke the inner fire, ignite the spark and focus our energy on what we wish to bring forth in the summer ahead.

Under the full moon we will gather together to release what holds us back, to celebrate, to dance, to move, to breathe and to open our hearts with gratitude.

The evening will include cacao, yoga, dance and breathwork, a guided meditation and sound bath. All followed by tea and a snack with time to reflect, journal or connect and chat.

Class planning and lunch in the sunshine.....very blessed that this is how I get to spend my Monday ☀️

The last week has been, well, fiery?! But maybe a little exhausting perhaps?
This week in class we will be working with the element of Earth - allowing things to settle, to ease and find some grounding in this swirling energy ✨
