To prevent injury and ensure you are targeting the correct muscles, it’s better to lower the weight or reduce the number of reps if your form begins to suffer.

“So how’s *your* training going Andi..?”

Get asked a lot. To be fair, some days I only manage a half hour workout. Better than nothing.

“But your diet must be good..?!”

Nope. I don’t count calories & I eat takeaways & cookies just like everyone else.

“So what *are* you doing..?”

I have chicken salads for lunch,
Increased protein,
Reduced sugar,
Increased cardio (ever so slightly)
Try to hit 10k-12k steps a day.

Simply put; eat less, move more 💁🏻‍♂️

Here it is, my festive “12 Days of Fitmas” workout..

If you want to give it a try, or get your family & friends involved.. (don’t forget to tag me if you do..!)

Follow the theme and tune of the Christmas song, 12 days..

Start with day 1, then day 2+1, then day 3+2+1, and so on until you’re at day 12 coming all the way back down to 1..

Should take you half an hour.. 💁🏻‍♂️
