IT ISN'T THE MOUNTAINS AHEAD THAT WEAR US OUT , BUT OUR THOUGHTS
Prior to teaching martial arts i was in the army, worked on the North sea oil rigs and after gaining an Honours degree in London i spent 33 years teaching physical education and Special needs.
I have taught martial arts classes at Wilstead village hall for 18 years during which time many students have achieved Black belt and beyond. Tang soo do is a 2000 year old Korean self defence system. Self defence is the main emphasis of the International Martial arts association with clubs all over the world.
Life is not easy, you will have disappointments. People will hurt you and you won't know what you've done wrong. Thats the way the world is.
