MRK5 HYROX SIM NIGHTS SCHEDULE NOW LIVE UNTIL THE END OF SEPTEMBER…. Friday nights will now be dedicated HYROX, wave times 6pm till 8.30pm all events catered for starting this Friday 11th July open to all none members and hyrox beginners. £30 per person. DREAMS DO COME TRUE💙🤍🖤! BREAKING NEWS & A MRK5 GAME CHANGER!!! So happy to announce that the long awaited MRK5 HQ is finally here! Today I took the keys 🔑 for a new unit, 3000sqft of empty space so close to our current home you might not actually believe it! Less than a stones throw and 10 second walk from our current space, Nixons second barn will now become our permanent location something that I actually thought may never happen! This is by far the BIGGEST & BEST thing in the history of MRK5! A venue capeable of delivering over 50 classes a week, personal training, HYROX and .uk simulations .cancer prep workouts, MRK5 events, current class formats and much more! 6 week plan to be onsite before the 1st July for a soft launch! BIG LAUNCH coming in September when everyone returns from summer holidays! MRK5 crew WATCH THIS SPACE… This is for each and everyone of you lots of work to do to get this shell ready for you all 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻💙🤍🖤

RUNNING ALONGSIDE THE 8 HOUR EMOM CHALLENGE…. Is our charity raffle! All donations made via our just giving page (on the QR code next slide) will go into this years raffle prize draw!
