Hello everyone! My name is Jade Lee and I am a personal trainer based Wilmslow. My life long passion is to help you all reach your fitness goals and become the best versions of yourselves 😁

I have been a personal trainer for 7 years and have a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer. I specialise in building women’s confidence because I feel like one of the most important things in life is to feel your best self

Over the years I have helped 100s of clients achieve personal goals through working together to create workout plans and meal ideas suited to them and their lifestyle 💪

I also provide accountability and weekly check-ins to help you stay on track, and habit step and PB tracking 🤯

I'm confident that I can help you find the right program to meet your individual needs.I understand that everyone's fitness journey is different, so I'll be sure to take the time to get to know each of you and your individual goals.
