Don't overcomplicate things.
Keep things easy for yourself and your daily routine.
Be time efficient.
Prep your food.
If you're struggling with time, pick two days in the week where you have a 1-2 hour window and prep a few meals you can keep in the freezer or fridge for the following days.
This method helps not to buy the wrong things, having takeaways or picking on the wrong food because you have gone big gaps without eating.
