Over two days, the Birchwood Park Health & Fitness team visited Elevate Conference 2026 at ExCeL London.

It was a great chance to step away from the club, explore new ideas, see where the industry is heading, and spend time learning together as a team.

The key takeaway: health and fitness is constantly evolving, and so are we.

Now it’s time to bring that energy, knowledge, and inspiration back to Birchwood Park.
