STRENGTH & CONDITIONING // Wednesday Mornings 💪
Our Strength & Conditioning classes combine structured strength work with fitness-focused conditioning, giving you the opportunity to build your lifts, improve fitness and move with more confidence.
Each session is coached throughout by Cody, so you’re never left wondering what you’re doing or whether you’re doing it right. Technique is taught, progressions are offered, and everything can be adapted to suit every person in the room.
One of the things we’re most passionate about at The Fort is making sure everyone feels looked after. Whether you’re completely new to training, coming back after some time away, managing an injury, or looking to push your performance, the session can be adjusted to meet you where you’re at.
The strength work helps build a solid foundation, while the conditioning element improves stamina, work capacity and overall fitness. Together, they create a balanced approach to training that carries over into everyday life.
No pressure to keep up. No expectation to be the fittest in the room. Just good coaching, hard work and steady progress (which you can measure over time).
