🥋 We Move Together Family Friday Taekwondo Taster Sessions

Friday evening taekwondo sessions delivered by Team Warrior Taekwondo - Willington.

These free weekly sessions are open to all ages and abilities, with separate coaching for under 16s and over 16s so families can train at the same time. A fun way to build confidence, fitness and self-defence skills.

Well done to all our fighters today! As always we are extremely impressed with your effort and how you support one another. Absolutely great performances with most of the team fighting weight/ age groups above their usual.

We also had 7 of our students competing in the Poomsae event. Our club doesn’t typically compete in Poomsae but we were extremely impressed with all of you!

This Sunday we have 14 athletes over Fighting and Poomsae competing at the Ultamite 1-2-1

13 athletes in fighting across peewee to vet all gaining valuable ring time and with Chisomo stepping into the mats for the first time

Coming away with two 🥉 and six 🥈 with an extra exhibition🥇

Stand out performance were Harrison and Ruby who both got fighters of the day
