It was meant to be a relaxing 5 hrs catching a few carp this afternoon, but after having 8 carp in first 90 mins, I got bored.
So it turned into a maintenance afternoon, opened all pegs up now, every peg has a margin again, just few branches to cut off on Weds evening, and that should do.

Great fishcare from Caroline today at Willington.

Now the carp have finished spawning, they are a bit battered, scales missing and sores..........she's not only made sure unhooking mat was wet with fresh cold water from the lake, she's treated any wound with carp care kit.

With warmer temps predicted over next few days, I wouldn't be at all surprised if the carp start to spawn at Willington.
