My approach to Personal Training is the combination of over 3 years’ experience, more than 3000 hours of training time with clients, continuous extensive research, delivered with a focus on reaching the goals and aspirations of each and every valued client. I am based at Total Fitness in Willerby, East Yorkshire – a high end facility that is totally comprehensive to every fitness goal, offers plen
ty of space, has a nutritious café and features quality equipment. Every client works exclusively with myself to reach their desired goal, focusing on 4 key areas:

My unique process starts with a detailed analysis of each client’s health and wellbeing through well-researched physical fitness testing and a full dietary evaluation to establish your body’s current status, the areas that require attention and resetting, and the opportunity to set clear goals and timelines to get to your desired destination. I am heavily goal-orientated in my approach, and we make sure to measure as many variables as we can to track your success. My goal is to make a client’s body become extremely efficient, reduce inflammation, increase strength in both muscles and bones, to improve performance, longevity and energy as a result. We want you to be active and perform highly now and for many years to come. Outside of my business, I am a lifelong Hull City Supporter and love sport. I’ve done 2 marathons and love experimenting with different types of training. If I’m not spending time with family, I’m usually playing chess or reading.
