On behalf of everybody at Evo Fit I would like to say a massive congratulations to Caroline & Jase on getting married Friday.

Caroline has come on a remarkable journey as our ORIGINAL no.1 bootcamper bk from last May, she has lost an incredible 4st 12lb (as of the last check a week before the wedding.) The confidence change in Caroline has been incredible, & she looked absolutely stunning!!!

This goes to show if you really put the hard work in, you will get some truly incredible results!

Wishing you Both a truly fantastic future, & looking forward to the next goal Mrs Cottam!
