Sometimes when I'm talking potential clients through my rates, I talk about 'retainers' and this causes a bit of confusion. For clarification - no, I'm not talking teeth!

What's a retainer?

A retainer is simply an agreement where you pay up front for a set amount of support each month on a rolling basis.

Rather than firefighting and hoping someone might have availability when you need it most, with a retainer, you've already got dedicated time reserved for your business.

The biggest benefit? You know support is always there for you, and you don't have to start from scratch every time.
