The Friday classes will change to Tuesdays in Clifton Leisure Centre Sports Hall!

And for the second post of the night (I know. Two posts in one day you lucky people!).

It is with great delight to announce that after finishing 5th in the National Poomsae Championships last week in Worcester, our coach James has been officially reinvited to join the GB National Poomsae squad for 2022! This makes it Innae's first member to be invited to join the squad since the club was founded earlier in the year.

He would like to thank everyone for their support, especially Master Park for his coaching and the rest of our friends at Arumchan Korea and Kang Han for their support!

An update since we've not posted in a while. Due to work parties and socials, there will be no sessions on Friday 10th or Friday 17th. Sessions will continue on Thursdays 9th and 16th with the 16th being the last session before the Christmas break. Hopefully to return with a new date of Tuesday 4th January! (TBC)

This weekend saw the return of the first in-person Poomsae Championships for 18 months with the 4th Bluewave Open being held in Basingstoke.

Innae School of Taekwondo attended with Head Coach James competing and judging over the course of the day. It was good being back competing in person and James even brought back Innae's first ever trophy by placing 2nd in the Under 30 Male Individual category!

A big congratulations to everyone that competed yesterday, and a massive thank you to Bluewave and all of the Judges and Volunteers for organising and giving up their time to make the event a success!

Now back to training for the National Championships in just under 5 weeks time. Remember classes restart Thursday 28th October at the new times of 7:30-9:00pm!

Updated class times!

Following feedback, classes have now been brought forwards to 7:30 - 9:00pm on Thursdays and Fridays, with classes restarting on Thursday 28th October!
